Hours:

Monday - Friday, 9:30-6 PM Position Responsibilities Set up and manage computers, printers, audio / visual equipment and mobile devices. Manage the IT inventory system, tracking assets and performing scheduled preventative maintenance. Provide support and training to end-users, ensuring excellent customer service. Troubleshoot technical support requests and manage user accounts including permissions. Minimum Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred . Prior IT Systems Technician experience with demonstrated knowledge of networking, hardware and application systems. Understanding of Windows OS, Group Policy, Active Directory and Microsoft 365 applications. Provide on-call support on a rotational basis with occasional evening and weekend work.
