This position will require you to work with a commercial escrow officer, commercial title officers, and other team members to help close timely commercial real estate transactions.
Description:
Perform administrative duties, answering phones and responding to emails. Open escrow orders. Support escrow officer on closing packages, reviewing documents for accuracy, sending secured communication to clients. Review and send preliminary title reports for commercial transactions. Organize files and learn software system. Willingness to follow instruction and openness to learning.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to interacting with commercial clients. Desire to learn, grow, and specialize in commercial-focused transactions. Must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic suitable for managing complex projects. Ability to keep up in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment typical of large-scale projects. Ability to manage and balance multiple projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills required for addressing unique challenges faced by real estate professionals.
Education/Background:
High School diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred, particularly courses related to real estate.
