Excavator Operator Company Information:

Efficient Developments LLC, located in Charlotte, North Carolina is looking to add an Excavator Operator to their team. Efficient Developments LLC is experiencing rapid growth and is looking for an Excavator Operator who is driven and professional to enhance the overall experience of our clients. The Operator must be able to work independently and as part of a team. The preferred candidate is a person who is looking for growth opportunities within a company.

Responsibilities will include:

• Ability and willingness to operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights including excavators, loader backhoes, bulldozers, skid steering, etc.
• Maintaining compliance with company, and OSHA rules, regulations, and guidelines.
• Knowledge of safety policies and precautions common to operating heavy equipment including specific action to avoid other workers and equipment.

Required:

• At least five years experience with various size trackhoes for grading & utility constructon .
• Reliable transportation to and from work within a 50-mile radius from Uptown City Center.
