US Stryker employee benefits. 2nd Shift 12:00pm-9:00pm - Monday - Friday What you will do: Represent Quality Assurance as the first point of contact for daily line support issues. Troubleshoot product and process-related issues and identify root causes. Work with Quality Engineers and product teams to identify areas for risk reduction and error-proofing processes and support solution implementation. Drive defect awareness training with production associates with the assistance of the manufacturing core team. Provide input into the disposition for any non-conforming product and identify appropriate corrections and corrective actions with other support team members. Perform internal quality audit readiness checks and assist in the preparation of reports/reviews. Responsible for the timely analysis of customer complaints. Review electronically saved calibration certificates/reports and perform basic microbiology sampling/testing.
What you need:
