Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential clients and assess competitive offerings. Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and coverage options. Administer sales processes including sales administration tasks and follow-ups. Negotiate terms of insurance policies with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and changes in HIPAA compliance as it relates to insurance practices. Provide ongoing support to clients regarding claims, policy changes, and renewals. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales strategies and improve customer service.
