The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. This role requires a strong understanding of HVAC/R principles and the ability to troubleshoot various systems effectively. The HVAC Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure optimal performance of HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings.

Duties

• Design and install HVAC systems according to specifications and industry standards
• Maintain and repair existing HVAC systems, ensuring they operate efficiently
• Troubleshoot issues with air conditioning units, boilers, and refrigeration systems
• Perform appliance repair related to HVAC equipment as needed
• Weld components as required for system installations or repairs
• Build and modify ductwork to improve airflow and system efficiency
• Drive company vehicles to job sites while adhering to safety regulations
• Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance performed on equipment.

Experience

• Proven experience in HVAC/R installation, maintenance, and repair is preferred
• Familiarity with design principles related to heating and cooling systems
• Experience with refrigerate systems and appliance repair is a plus
• Ability to work with various tools and equipment related to HVAC services
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required
• Certification or training in HVAC technology is advantageous but not mandatory.
