If you're an experienced salesperson with a passion for luxury residential smart home systems and audio/visual solutions, we want to talk to you! Who You Are You're a go-getter who thrives on creating new business opportunities and building relationships. You're well-versed in Lutron & Ketra products (shades, drapery, and lighting), and you know your way around Sonos, Sonance, James Loud, and Ubiquiti/UniFi products. You're comfortable networking at an event, following up with clients, and problem-solving to close a deal. You're detail-oriented and meticulous when it comes to documenting your work and following processes. You're eager to work for a company that values you and is dedicated to more than just 'the bottom line.' What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing sales from start to finish: Creating and processing invoices, tracking payments, placing orders, and ensuring everything is documented.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings : Knowing specifications, model numbers, and part numbers to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
  • Overseeing orders & communicating installation scope of work: Communicating with technicians and clients to ensure smooth delivery, installation, and client satisfaction.
  • Conducting quality checks on all orders received: Ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Anticipating and resolving potential order issues proactively: Addressing challenges before they impact clients.
  • Developing new business: Visiting target clients, educating them on the latest smart home tech, and building strong relationships.
  • Sales outreach & follow-ups: Sending emails, making calls, and staying on top of potential leads.
  • Attending occasional industry networking events: Connecting with key players in the luxury home industry to grow Homeva's presence.
  • Representing Homeva's mission, values, and vision: You'll be a face of the brand, showcasing our values and standards to the industry. What You Bring to the Table ✅ Experience in smart home automation & AV sales. ✅ Familiarity with Lutron, Ketra, Sonos, Sonance, James Loud, and Ubiquiti/UniFi products. ✅ Strong organization & attention to detail
