Do you have a minimum of 5 years professional (paid work at a licensed shop) experience troubleshooting and repairing American muscle cars from the 60's and 70's? Earn up to $30.00 per hour or more depending on experience.

Position Overview:
The Classic Car Service Consultant, will be responsible for setting the highest standards of excellence while supporting operations in the service department. This will involve working closely with our Service Team to improve performance and provide an industry leading customer service experience while executing shop processes. The Classic Car Service Consultant works under the direction of the Service Manager and Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Greet customers in a friendly manner both on the phone and in person to discusses service repair options and suggestions. Able to describe recommendations in layman's terms and in a friendly, low pressure style. Assist and work directly with the repair technicians to troubleshoot issues, come up with solutions and move tasks towards completion . Make sure the job is done right the first time and verified as meeting the repair standards of CRW. A strong classic automotive repair background is required to be successful at this. Setting customer appointments, expectations and following up on completion of tasks. Ensure that proper vehicle inspections are being conducted and that vehicles are safe and meet CRW service repair standards. Determine vehicle needs based on customer information, vehicle walk-around, inspections and technician recommendations. Effectively communicate this information to customer's with a guestimate and repair options. Update the customer on each step of the process in services provided, provide pictures, descriptions, additional services, etc. Take ownership of the customer's experience in a way that allows CRW to leave a positive impression with the customer. Track and document customer authorizations via internal commination to ensure they are accurate and on budget. Meet or exceed targeted sales goals & customer satisfaction. Use a friendly, low pressure selling process to assist customers in planning for ongoing maintenance/service of their vehicle.
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to multi-task and problem solve. Outstanding customer relations skills. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the classic automotive service industry.
Computer literate:
Excel and Microsoft Outlook, experience preferred, and the ability to search the internet for parts, specifications, and resolutions to problems. Strong written and electronic communication skills. Able to articulate and speak in a professional manner. Strong typing skills. Meet all physical requirements of the job, including the ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., be able to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time, etc. Maintain a clean, professional appearance and work environment, being mindful of safety procedures and protocol. Valid Driver's License, must be insurable by CRW Insurance Clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check and drug test. Must be fully competent in operating vehicles with a manual transmission. To be successful at this job, you must have an excellent, experienced foundation in classic car repairs, upgrades including fuel injection, sub chassis modernization, and modern crate engine replacements.

How to correctly repair classic technology and how to 'resto-mod' classic vehicles (and how-to guestimate the repair time). However, this is a job not only requiring high levels of competency, but a willingness to work hard, work smart, be self-starting, produce high quality results the first time, and have loyalty to the team and company. Benefits include medical insurance with 80% of the employee's premium being paid by the company, (6) paid holidays per year, 2 weeks of paid time off (PTO) per year is provided. PTO begins accruing and is usable after the first 30 days of employment. Rate of pay is dependent on your work experience, related job knowledge, references, and your overall ability to be a success in the position.
