Summary As an Insurance Agent at Professional Insurance Advisors, LLC, you will be a vital part of our mission to provide exceptional insurance solutions to our clients. This position involves engaging with prospective clients to assess their exposures and needs and offering tailored insurance products snd programs that ensure their peace of mind. Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their risks and insurance needs. Conduct thorough assessments of prospective client's current risk management plans and programs. Educate prospective clients on gaps in their current plan and recommend risk managemnt plans, appropriate insurance products and programs to fill those gaps . Engage in outside sales activities to attract new clients and expand market presence. Successfully network and develope centers of influence relationships Negotiate policy terms and pricing with clients to secure optimal coverage solutions. Educate clients on various insurance options and the importance of coverage. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in service delivery. Administer the agency's sales processes including documentation, follow-ups, and client communications. Keeping abreast of all markets and market conditions, communicating it to the team. Managing personal lines company/ agency relationships and meeting minimum production quotas. Provide leadership in the Personal Lines Department, responsible for the overall growth of the department. Leadership Department Growth Bonus Potential. Meeting or exceeding all agency set personal annual sales goals in keeping with the agency growth strategies. Qualifications Proven consistant experience in meeting or exceeding outside or inside insurance monthly sales goals is essential. Extensive knowledge of personal insurance exposures, products and underwriting guidelines. Must Posses the ability to analyze client exposures and needs and provide tailored solutions effectively. Strong negotiation skills with a focus on client education and satisfaction. Must posses the power of persuation. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with prospective clients, clients, team members and carriers.
