We are seeking a motivated Phone Sales Representative to close our Outbound & Inbound leads this week! The person will join our dynamic sales team for our business Real Estate Wholesale Department and work closely with our sales manager. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and desire to succeed! Closing is a must and following up is key.

Duties:

• Call our inbound leads & outbound leads to build relationship
• Utilize our CRM software to track leads and opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
• Communicate technical aspects of products or services to customers
• Market and sell technology solutions to clients
• Engage in telemarketing activities to generate leads in down time
• Demonstrate software features and benefits to potential clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with technical sales and technology products
• Have a functioning Laptop and Cell Phone
