Responsibilities:

Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction Contact and follow-up with pre-qualified leads to assess their wants and needs in a home Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market Schedule showings, show homes, and go to open houses for potential buyers Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender Manage our CRM, update email campaigns, manage calendar Set Appointments with Home Buyers and Home Sellers Outbound Phone Calls to our

Real Estate Prospects Qualifications:

Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desired Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 1+ years of buyer's agent or relevant real estate experience Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Must have a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car Must be a Team Player focused on increasing sales for the entire Team About Company Breaking boundaries and paradigms by being untraditional in everything that we do since day one.
