POSITION SUMMARY

The Associate Service Technician reports to the Lewisville, TX Located in Service Manager Full-Time Remote As an Associate Service Technician, you will play a vital role in providing technical support and service to our clients. This entry-level position is designed for individuals with a passion for technology, a willingness to learn, and a desire to develop a rewarding career in the service industry.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

Technical Support:

Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues reported by clients. Learn and apply technical knowledge to resolve problems efficiently.

Equipment Maintenance:

Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment as directed. Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment.

Customer Interaction:

Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner. Provide clear and concise explanations of technical issues and solutions.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work performed, parts used, and resolutions applied. Complete service reports and submit them in a timely manner.

Training and Development:

Participate in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge. Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other team members and departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Seek guidance from experienced technicians to enhance learning.

Safety Compliance:

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines during service activities. Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.

COMPETENCIES

Strong interest in technology and a willingness to learn. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team. Commitment to delivering high-quality service.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

0 - 1 years of experience in a technical or service-related role, or equivalent military or practical experience. Technical certification or coursework in a relevant field is a plus. Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
