Business Transformation Services \| Remote - US Summary/Objective We are seeking a Tableau and Data Cloud Architect and Subject Matter Expert with a deep knowledge of Tableau as well as experience with Salesforce Data Cloud who can play a key role in our Business Transformation Services Division. This person will be responsible for building capabilities within Simplus for Tableau CRM and Data Cloud.

Job Duties:

• Responsible for building Tableau capabilities for Simplus focused on Tableau CRM, Einstein Analytics, and Data Cloud, utilizing the benefits of data-driven decision-making capabilities of , Salesforce Tableau components and AI capabilities of Salesforce
• Work directly with the project team to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes
• Subject matter expertise of Salesforce Einstein platform as well as Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud
• Advise on solutions that adhere to platform best practices and perform peer code reviews
• Typical Einstein implementations include custom platform development (SAQL, JSON), Dataflow and Binding solutions
• Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality
• Conduct functional requirement sessions with End users
• Understand/Gather Analytics requirements and Identify product requirements for future enhancements
• Lead the development team on best practices to develop dashboards
• Develop, maintain and perform processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity in platform applications
• Configure Data Sources to extract data from disparate sources
• Supports testing cycles (UAT, regression, system) and/or Training/Training Materials
• Dashboard and UX design Required Education and Experience 1 Minimum of 7 years\' Tableau CRM/Einstein Analytics experience 2 Deep experience in Data and AI custom services sales or consulting engaging with Global Fortune 2000 customers 3 Deep expertise in all Tableau capabilities of Tableau Cloud Enterprise, Tableau+, or Tableau Server Enterprise, Data Management, VizQL, Tableau Pulse 4 Deep expertise in all Tableau components of Data Management, Data Integration, Business Intelligence, Data Visualizations, AI Augmented Analytics, 5 Subject matter expertise in advanced analytics and advisory experience in AI driven insights, and decisions frameworks 6 Deep expertise in relational database concepts and data modeling, BI concepts, ETL and Data Integration 7 Deep knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Machine Learning Ops, Data Engineering, and/or Data Science, Data & AI market and trends, specifically interested in the GenAI movement 8 Experience in Pre-Sales, and proposal development and presentation 9 Should identify and characterize business issues, while demonstrating a measurable value to the customers, partners and stakeholders 10 Take accountability of scope and plan underlying analyses that will yield critical answers to the questions at hand.
