Calista Brice, LLC, a subsidiary of Calista Corporation, is a lifecycle construction group that offers construction services in every phase of the construction cycle. We are a fast-paced growing collective of subsidiary businesses that operate in the dynamic construction, engineering, environmental, logistic, and equipment industries. What can you expect? As the Workday Senior HRIS Analyst, you will be responsible for maximizing the alignment of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) technology with Calista Brice's Human Resources (HR) goals and objectives. You will ensure data integrity, security and compliance, process efficiency and proper accessibility through effective systems implementation, configuration, administration, and education. You will serve as a technical point of contact as it relates to HR systems for Calista Brice and subsidiary companies, HR staff members and HRIS staff of other holding line companies. This position will be based out of Anchorage, Alaska with a remote work option. How will you do it? Collaborate with HR functional experts and payroll teams to analyze and optimize processes, leveraging HR technology for maximum efficiency. Maintain data integrity, system security, and accessibility while supporting system integrations, testing, and process improvements. This position will be responsible for system maintenance including collaboration with appropriate functional expert(s) to review, test and implement desired system features as well as monitor system upgrades. Troubleshoot HRIS issues, research resolutions, and recommend solutions or alternative methods to meet organizational needs. Generates and writes custom reports/queries as needed. Assists in development of standard reports for ongoing HR needs as well as development of complex reports including dashboards. Provide application and process training to new system users, ensuring proper access and understanding of system capabilities. Ensures thorough documentation of user procedures, guidelines, and documentation is created and maintained in an organized Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) library. Represents Calista Brice on the Calista Workday Governance Working Committee and collaborates with the other hierarchy representatives to solve problems and accomplish agreed initiatives. Maintains awareness of current HRIS trends. Monitors developments which align with Calista Brice's goals and objectives. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including HIPAA and GDPR, and maintain strict data security standards. Supervise the HR Employee Systems Coordinator, ensuring effective team operations and performance. Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. Perform other duties as assigned in support of organizational objectives.Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position includes supervisory responsibilities, overseeing the HR Employee Systems Coordinator. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong knowledge of HR management principles, including recruitment, training, compensation, benefits, and compliance. Knowledge of local, federal, and state employment laws and regulations, including Alaska Regional Native Corporation practices. Proficiency in HRIS systems, particularly Workday, with a deep understanding of system administration and reporting. Knowledge or record management and retention practices and policies for commercial and government entities. Ability to assist in achievement of Human Resources goals and objectives through effective alignment of technology. Skilled at analyzing, developing and implementing processes in collaboration with HR team to ensure standardized practices which improve quality and efficiency of HR processes. Ability to develop accurate analytics and reporting which provides actionable information. Advanced computer application skills including MS Office Suite and other business software applications. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to analyze and resolve complex issues, both logical and interpersonal. Ability to professionally communicate with others using verbal and written methods. Ability to compute rates, ratios, percentages and to draw and interpret graphs. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings. Commitment to continuous learning to stay updated on HR technology trends and best practices.
