Iselin, NJ 08830 • Hybrid work Job Overview We are a Managed Service Provider (MSP) seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist. This is a Hybrid position- remote with onsite at small and medium businesses in NJ after an introductory period in the office. Looking for a self motivated person with excellent troubleshooting/technical skills and superior communication skills (written and verbal).

Duties:

Answer calls from clients and provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance Review various systems for alerts and resolve the issues or create tickets Complete help desk tickets including documentation Administration of Microsoft Office 365 including email and security configurations Administration of Windows Servers including

AD, DNS & DHCP

Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, software, and peripheral devices Repair or perform maintenance/upgrades for hardware or software as needed Software troubleshooting including Office applications and line of business applications Network setup and troubleshooting Configure, monitor, and oversee Sonicwall firewalls for network security Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. Must maintain a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation Highly desired: Any of the following certifications - A+, Network+, Security + Maintain and manage Hyper-V and VMware environments, ensuring high availability and system performance.
