High school diploma or equivalent5 years of HVAC/general maintenance experience, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry, or equivalent training2-year HVAC technical certificate or state-approved HVAC licenseEPA Universal Refrigeration LicenseValid driver's license and ability to travel locally between propertiesJob Duties:
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems (belts, pulleys, condensate lines, compressors, burners, heat exchangers)Conduct repairs on boilers, diagnose airflow and duct issues, and ensure EPA-compliant refrigerant useAddress mechanical, electrical, and system failures (circuit boards, compressors, leaks), with expertise in copper brazingHandle minor plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasksUse technology to manage work orders, create reports, and submit logsCommunicate with clients and internal teams, providing estimates and maintaining customer satisfactionComplete safety and compliance training, attend safety meetings, and take on additional tasks as neededThis direct-hire position includes full benefits, such as 401k with match, tuition reimbursement, and PTO.Ready to take the next step in your career?
