Learn more. Position Summary The Sr. Talent Acqusiition Partner will be responsible for developing a proactive approach to attract top talent for positions at ISC2. Responsible for identifying and recruiting highly qualified candidates across various functions according to the needs of the business for the US, UK, Hong Kong and Singapore entities and across our global remote workforce. The candidate will work collaboratively with HR business partners to create and to further develop best practices and effective metrics, putting in place correction actions when required. This role leads and owns the recruitment and selection efforts via activities including planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring and initial onboarding. Responsibilities + Full life-cycle Recruiter responsible for managing the overall process, strategy, and execution of corporate talent acquisition / recruiting efforts for the global organization. + Typically carries of a req load between 15-30 reqs. + Works and communicates directly with external vendors/partners including staffing agencies and HR platforms and resources (i.e. 3rd party background screening company; ATS vendor, etc.) + Owns the candida
