//youtu.be/JzNM3c_hCOU This position is based out of Crown's Richmond, VA branch and will be responsible for a certain geographical area and client base based on our branch service department's needs.

Job Responsibilities:

• Building relationships with your customers daily while you listen to their service needs and helping them to resolve them.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks.
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks.
• Maintain a service van and its inventory.
• Process paperwork after completion of each job.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes, knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and hydraulics and internal combustion engines, and the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics.
• Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.
• Technical degree, previous lift truck repair and knowledge of various types of testing equipment preferred.
• A high level of self-confidence and comfort in who you are and what you bring to the team, balanced with humility and a sense of humor.
• Team player with positive outlook.

$24 - $29.00 per hour Work Remotely No Crown Service Technician Retention Incentive Program With this program you can earn from $2,000 to $6,000 each year, paid in two semi-annual payments. Eligibility for these incentive payments will be calculated on June 30 and December 31. As a Crown Service Technician, you must be employed with Crown as a service technician through each award date to meet the program qualifications and receive the incentive payment.
