We are excited to explore the possibility of the person being you if you match the following criteria: 1. Prior experience as a dental assistant or recent completion of a dental assistant training program. Eaglesoft experience is a plus, but not required. Must be comfortable with managing all types of patients for procedures such as restorative, endodontic, oral surgery, and invisalign chairside procedures. Proficiency at customer service and communication, and ability to multitask. Knowledge of computers and digital dentistry such as radiographs and iTero scanner. 2. Someone who is able to support and identify with honesty and trust, can engage in healthy debate with team members, commit to decisions, and be held and help hold others accountable. 3. Able to collaborate with others in a healthy/positive way. Willing to help create and execute team centered systems and be an active participant in team meetings. Ready to contribute to a hard working, positive, fun team culture. 4. Have a driver type personality style that can help get things done, but able to flex toward those who are more amiable in order to work together seamlessly.
