Responsibilities:
Design custom insurance plans based on client needs and risk profiles. Process new accounts, update client information, and manage policy renewals. Proactively reach out to potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals. Become a subject matter expert on insurance policies and benefits. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Requirements:
Goal-oriented with a focus on meeting sales quotas. Comfortable with face-to-face client interactions. Empathetic and dedicated to helping others achieve financial literacy. Proficient in computer and mobile applications. Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. An insurance license or willingness to obtain licensure is required.
