The Technical Services Support Specialist is a key part of the team that provides our dealers with quality technical and troubleshooting support during and after the installation of a Stiltz Homelift.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Provide our dealers with elevator installation and troubleshooting support (phone, text, email, video) Provide installation and troubleshooting training during our monthly in-person dealer training sessions Maintain accurate call reports Move/lift heavy items (50+ pounds) as needed Provide out of hours, on-call technical support on a rotating basisQUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Technical, detail-oriented, problem-solving mindset Hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance/repair Residential elevator experience (preferred) Reading electrical circuit diagrams Familiarity with standard hand and mechanics tools PC computer operation (Windows, Office)EDUCATION
High school or equivalent (required) Technical school (preferred)SALARY & BENEFITS
