Safeway Insurance offers a hybrid work week and understands the importance of balance in life.

Responsibilities include:

Completing desk reviews on estimates Preparing itemized damage appraisals Reviewing total losses Communicating with claimants, independent appraisers, and repair shops. Candidate should be a self starter and able to work within a team atmosphere. In addition to strong communication skills, the applicant must have the ability to document clearly and be able to work at a fast pace.

Job Qualifications:

2+ years of formal auto estimating experience with prior insurance carrier or with an auto body repair facility. Thorough understanding of automobile terminology and vehicle construction. Excellent organization skills which include ability to multi-task and prioritize. The candidate should also have strong customer service skills and be proficient in basic computer knowledge.
