JOB SUMMARY
The Lead Technician will be responsible for delivering an elevated level of service experience in a direct to consumer environment, while mentoring a team of technicians.
RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES
Provide top of the line customer experience Ability to diagnose and repair all aspects of the VinFast automobile Monitor the technical team's performance through KPI's Communicate and collaborate with all members of the service team Follow correct repair order documentation of all repair procedures Review appointment schedule, and allocate work to achieve throughput goals Demonstrate attention to detail and passion for creating positive client experiences Create and maintain a clean working environment, leading by example Creatively solve customer concerns in a fast-paced work environment Work with the appropriate management software to properly document the customer vehicle repair process Have a passion for sustainable transportation and changing the automotive industry
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma/GED or Relevant work experience 21+ years of age, to comply with company driving policy Ability to drive a work truck/trailer Knowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Ability to use basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office, as well as learn proprietary DMS software EPA 609 Certification ASE Certification(s) Must possess a valid driver license

Schedule:
8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime Weekends as needed
