Position Overview We are looking for an Assembly Manufacturing Technician to join our team and play a key role in assembling, testing, and maintaining our cutting-edge IcePoint systems. This position requires hands-on expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment. The role is based at our facility in Commerce City, CO, and will involve in-person work to ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in production.

Responsibilities Assembly and Fabrication :

Assemble components and systems based on engineering drawings and specifications. Ensure all parts meet Rebound's quality standards.

Testing and Quality Control :

Perform system testing to verify performance and functionality. Conduct inspections during and after assembly to identify and address any issues.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance :

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or thermal issues during production or system operation. Provide ongoing maintenance for production equipment.

Documentation :

Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, testing procedures, and any identified issues or modifications.

Collaboration :

Work closely with engineers, designers, and other technicians to provide feedback and optimize production workflows.

Safety Compliance :

Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing fields are a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field. Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with hands-on experience in assembly and testing. HVACR experience is a plus. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and data sheets. Familiarity with manufacturing tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments. Forklift or other equipment certifications are a plus. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Standing, bending, and working in various physical positions for extended periods. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and temperature variations. Comfortable working at heights as required by specific assembly or maintenance tasks.
