We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for managing incoming payments and outgoing expenses, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting our overall financial operations. If you have a knack for numbers and a passion for helping a team succeed, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable:
Process and record incoming payments from customers. Generate and send out invoices in a timely manner. Monitor accounts for overdue payments and follow up as necessary. Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions.Accounts Payable:
Review and process vendor invoices for payment. Ensure timely payment of bills and maintain vendor relationships. Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies. Assist in preparing financial reports related to accounts payable. Maintain organized records of all invoices and payment documentation.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in finance or accounting preferred. Proven experience in accounts receivable and accounts payable roles. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Excellent organizational and time management skills.
