The Mortgage Loan Officer is the main point of contact, providing best-in-class service throughout the mortgage process. This role involves consulting with clients, educating them on financing options and loan products, ensuring a smooth closing experience.

What You'll Do:

Engage with customers to recommend loan products and services. Maintain a thorough knowledge of mortgage loan programs and company products. Obtain, validate, and secure financial and credit data to qualify clients. Manage client pipeline for consistent service levels. Assist clients in completing applications and comply with regulations.
