Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision:

Develop and articulate compelling product vision and strategy that aligns with company goals and market needs.

Roadmap Planning:

Define and prioritize product features and initiatives, creating a clear roadmap that balances short-term and long-term goals.

Feature Development:

Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality features on time. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure that the product backlog is prioritized and visible to all stakeholders

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats Translate insights into actionable product initiatives

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with sales, marketing, customer success, support, technical documentation, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on product goals and to gather continuous feedback

Customer Engagement:

Engage with customers to understand their needs, collect feedback, and validate product direction

Product Performance Metrics:

Define and analyze key metrics to evaluate product performance and make data-driven decisions to drive product growth

Requirements:

Solid experience as a software engineer, or an IT engineer in a mid-size business or enterprise Previous experience collaborating in a team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features Use of formal methods (traditional structured or Agile/iterative) for delivering new or enhanced applications, identify and communicating system development processes and developing work you're doing associated with the respective phases of the lifecycle Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner Verbal and written communication in English at an upper intermediate level Strong analytical skills, ability to tackle issues, and work through ambiguous situations by making timely decisions based on facts, knowledge, experience, and judgment Proficient knowledge of OS Windows, Microsoft Azure infrastructure, Active Directory, Exchange, Entra ID, Microsoft 365 In-depth knowledge of .NET infrastructure / C# and
