Indian Peaks Avenue, Frederick, CO 80516 Breakthrough Service is seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Plumbing Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial plumbing, possess strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate excellent customer service. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment in commercial properties. Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and other system failures. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on plumbing systems. Interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems, and other plumbing materials. Collaborate with contractors, construction workers, and other professionals on plumbing installations and repairs. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and regulations. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and questions professionally and promptly. Stay up-to-date with industry standards, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in plumbing is preferred. Colorado valid plumbing license required. Minimum of two years of experience as a commercial plumbing technician. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and equipment. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license.
