Responsibilities Include:

Leveraging our exclusive Zillow Flex relationship to generate and manage leads. Prioritizing and addressing the needs and interests of our clients. Striving to earn 5-star reviews and build a referral-based business. Embracing the role of an educator, providing clients with knowledgeable, expert advice.

Qualifications:

Active real estate license or in process to obtain one. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Deep commitment to client service and a passion for excellence. Team-player mentality and a strong work ethic. Ability to adapt to new technologies and systems. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
