Graphic Designer Duties:

Develops visually compelling, original and creative visuals to educate and engage audiences Earn stakeholder trust and achieve desired behaviors and outcomes. Assets could include (but are not limited to) digital static, HTML5 and Out of Home advertisements, email, web, social media, direct mail, print ads, infographics and other tactics. Takes ownership for assigned subject areas, achieving a deep understanding of the customer problem and developing visually unique way to engage the audience.

Skills:

Understanding of and practical application of graphic design programs (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) Experience in web site design and content development Knowledge of typography, color theory, and basic design principles Ability to juggle several projects simultaneously Excellent storyteller Cultural sensitivity and adaptability, with the ability to move seamlessly across diverse business groups and geographical cultures Photography skills are a bonus After effects skills will set you apart Education & Experience Experience in a fast-paced marketing organization or corporate brand department strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in graphic design, business, or related field or an Associate's degree in graphic design, business, or related field with two (2) or more years of applicable experience or a High School Diploma with ten (10) or more years of applicable experience. Hourly Pay Rate Range (dependent on location, experience, expectation) The pay range that Magnit reasonably expects to pay for this position is: $35-$42/hr
