Salary:

$ 68,000 to $70,000

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

• Must be available during holidays to assist with deep cleans
• Responsibilities
• Ensure the plant is following all federal, state and local food safety regulations
• Communicate regularly with FDA, State and County Health Department, EPA, OC Sanitation District, OC Fire Authority, City of Irvine and AQMD
• Identify and correct any compliance issues and violations
• Create or update any necessary documents in Spanish
• Analyze, interpret and present data to evaluate food safety and quality to management
• Manage all compliance activities with accurate and timely documentation
• Assist in overseeing the sanitation team of 15 employees
• Create and present trainings and SOPs for the sanitation team
• Communicate and inspect third party cleaning projects
• Perform inspections to ensure regulatory compliance Requirements
• 1 year+ experience in food manufacturing in a quality department
• Biliterate in English and Spanish- able to read, write and speak Spanish fluently
• Able to lift 25 pounds
• Highschool diploma or GED
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially
