We're looking for a Quality Technician to join our manufacturing team and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. If you're passionate about precision, enjoy collaborating across departments, and thrive in a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Perform inspections and tests on materials, components, and finished products. Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, ASME code, and customer contract requirements. Accurately document and report inspection findings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Assist in developing and implementing quality control procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required; a technical or college degree is a plus. 3+ years of experience in a quality control role, preferably in heat exchange or manufacturing environments. Strong analytical and communication skills; able to interpret and act on verbal and written information. Proficient in basic computer programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and follow-up skills.

Physical & Environmental Requirements:

Ability to walk for extended periods (up to 60% of the workday). Must be able to occasionally lift up to 45 pounds. Must be able to wear required PPE (steel-toe boots, safety glasses, earplugs).
