A sales job that allows you work life balance. Our agents work 7:00 am to 3:30 pm M-F. We offer a base salary, uncapped commission, daily SPIFs and other incentives. This allows you plenty of time prior to complete the following: Study for your state health insurance exam and take practice tests. Complete your background check and fingerprinting. Order your license. Fast track- be ready to sell sooner and earn money faster! .
  • We will provide all the information and links you will need along with instructions so you can easily navigate the licensing process. We are available for questions every step of the way.
  • For successfully completing pre-employment/licensing tasks prior to start we will provide you with a $1000 sign on bonus after 30 days of employment.
  • Come to us already licensed and you qualify for the $1000 bonus- as long as we are able to get you certified with at least one carrier prior to starting.
Job Details:
Answering warm inbound transfer calls- we provide quality leads. Assessing client's insurance needs and suggesting the best plans for them, enrolling them in new plans/supplements. Hitting daily/monthly sales goals. Making call backs to clients as needed.
Requirements:
Obtaining license, completing background checks, and completing AHIP certification prior to December 20th. Sales/Customer Service experience. Ability to implement coaching and feedback. Having a growth mindset and positive attitude. Ability and desire to be on the phones for the duration of the day. Ability to pass a Federal Criminal background check- they go back to the age of 18. Must be able to work in the office M-F 7:00 am-3:30. Comfortable with computers, programs, and navigating in a dual monitor/multiple windows environment while also on the phone providing excellent customer service.
Compensation:
We offer a base salary plus uncapped commission and daily SPIFs. On average expected first year earnings are $70-100k, our top agents make $125-200k+/year.
