Market insurance products through various channels, including networking and community events. Assist clients with policy renewals and claims processes. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed advice. Skills Strong customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Sales experience, particularly in insurance or retail sales, is highly desirable. Proficiency in analyzing data to assess client needs and recommend suitable products. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
