OvZZsnK Real Estate Acquisitions Agent Duties Include:

Attend Real Estate Networking Events Cultivate Relationships with Wholesalers and Real Estate Agents Find Fixer-Upper Properties that we can Purchase Evaluate the Fixer-Uppers to see how we can profit off of remodeling and selling them Follow up on all Potential Properties Communicate and work effectively with our team members Negotiate a favorable Sales Price on each house Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition

Qualifications:

A real estate license is not required Candidates must live in the San Diego, CA area. It does require in-person meetings with wholesalers, agents and homeowners and viewing local properties Experience determining home values in the San Diego, CA area Some sales experience is required Exceptional communication skills Positive attitude and growth mindset

Compensation :

This is a commission-based position. Average salespeople can make $100,000+ per year in this position, top-notch salespeople have the potential for $150,000+. More About Company We are a residential real estate investment firm that purchases homes from motivated/distressed homeowners. We are currently buying and selling homes in Orlando, Jacksonville & Tampa Florida / San Diego, CA / Greater Nashville, TN. We also have a great back office CRM (database) system that will allow you to work from home most of the time.
