• The ability to perform a head-to-toe assessment, under the supervision of a RN and/or physician, on all patients as per policy. This includes neonate, pediatric, adolescent and geriatric patients and the general patient population.
• Ability to adequately assess and reassess pain. Utilizes appropriate pain management techniques. Educates the patient and family regarding pain management.
• Medical and surgical asepsis is carried out during treatments and special procedures.
• Maintains a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment for patients and families in accordance with office/clinic standards. An ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:
• Current LPN/LVN Licensure in State of New Hampshire
• Current

BCLS/ACLS

certification.

• The ability to be flexible, organized, and function under stressful situations.

Designs strategies for process evaluation and process improvement to include: Data collection, analysis, conclusions, and recommendations. 8. Provides support for NCCC quality improvement projects. 9. Ensures the cyclical data management and data analysis are carried out in a timely manner. 10. Consults with BMT team physicians, nurses, nurse coordinators, and staff regarding BMT patient-related transplant data. 11. Complies with federal and local regulatory agencies, industrial study sponsors, and administrative staff regarding accreditation guidelines and insurance agency requirements for continual support and accreditation. 12.
