$55,000 - $60,000 per year shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: High School Responsibilities Process invoices and schedule payments. Reconcile accounts and communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies. Review invoices for proper authorization and general ledger account coding. Enter invoices and payments in the accounts payable module. Prepare accounts payable checks and maintain accurate accounts payable files. Review and reconcile statements received from vendors. Research vendor inquiries and clarify questionable invoice items. Assist with day-to-day administrative duties and special projects when needed.
