We're looking for a skilled and motivated individual to lead our team of technicians as a Ford Technician Team Lead.Job Description:
As the Ford Technician Team Lead, you will play a critical role in overseeing and guiding our team of technicians to ensure the highest level of service and vehicle repair quality. You will be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, managing workflow, and ensuring that all repairs and maintenance are performed efficiently and to the highest standards.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of Ford-certified technicians, providing guidance, training, and support. Assign tasks to technicians based on their skill level and the complexity of the job. Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on Ford vehicles in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Ensure all work is completed on time, meets quality standards, and adheres to safety regulations. Monitor and manage workflow to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Assist in diagnosing complex vehicle issues and provide technical support to the team. Communicate with service advisors and customers to ensure transparency and customer satisfaction. Stay up-to-date with the latest Ford technologies and repair techniques through continuous training and certification. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in automotive technology preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an automotive technician, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role. Ford Master Technician certification is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of Ford vehicle systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Benefits:
