Duties Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options. Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy details, benefits, and terms. Negotiate policy terms and conditions with underwriters to secure the best rates for clients. Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate new business leads and expand the client base. Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and policy details. Engage in outside sales activities by meeting potential clients in person to discuss their insurance needs. Provide ongoing support to existing clients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their policies. Stay informed about market trends and changes in the insurance industry to provide up-to-date advice.
