Delta Life Home Service Insurance Agent Job Description:
Delta Life Insurance Company, a 67-year-old Georgia based company is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Home Service Insurance Professionals . In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and liaison between Delta Life Insurance and our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting and selling insurance policies, collecting premiums, and maintaining strong client relationships within your assigned territory covering Long County and Liberty County, Georgia.
Key Responsibilities:
1.
Sales and Marketing:
  • Actively promote and sell Delta Life Insurance products and services.
  • Conduct door-to-door visits and establish connections within the assigned area.
  • Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Explain the features, benefits, and terms of various insurance policies.

Premium Collection:
  • Collect premiums from policyholders on a regular schedule.
  • Ensure all collected premium payments are submitted on time.
  • Follow up on overdue payments and assist clients in resolving payment issues.

Customer Service:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with policyholders.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and claims promptly and professionally.
  • Educate customers on policy details, benefits, and updates.
  • Provide proactive customer service by conducting insurance reviews with existing clients. 3. Record Keeping and Reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, collections, and client interactions.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to supervisors regarding sales performance and client feedback.
  • Adhere to company policies and compliance requirements.
4.
Territory Management:
  • Plan and manage daily visits to clients in assigned areas.
  • Develop strategies to maximize sales opportunities within the territory.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or collections is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Basic understanding of financial and insurance products (training will be provided).
  • Proficiency in record-keeping and basic administrative tasks.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation (if required).
