Full Time Our client, a leader in precision manufacturing, is seeking a CNC Machinist to join their team. As a CNC Machinist, you will be part of the production department supporting high-quality manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:

$25.46 per hour What's the Job? Operate one or more CNC 5-Axis grinders, turning lathes, EDM, or lasers to produce high-precision small parts and cutting instruments. Set up machines, create part profiles and shapes, and ensure the cutting or sharpening of instrument teeth meets final specifications. Read blueprints and job orders to determine product specifications, including dimensions and tolerances. Inspect and measure parts to ensure they meet required specifications. Perform routine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized. What's Needed? 3 or more years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; certificate from a college or technical school specific to CNC Machine Operation is a plus. Intermediate CNC machine and mechanical skills required. Strong math and logic skills, including fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions. Effective communication skills and the ability to follow standard procedures and work instructions.
