Job Responsibilities:

Candidate management

• highly organized, detailed oriented, and can effectively communicate with candidates Partner with hiring managers and business group or organization leads, and key stakeholders to understand unique talent needs Work cross-functionally across a team of high performing recruiters Effectively work with business partners on strategic initiatives and hiring strategy Leverage recruiting data to proactively provide status updates and hiring results to leadership and HR partners Source stellar candidates.

Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market Build relationships with candidates at a high-volume, understand their interest and passion and direct them to the right role or opportunity Track high-volume candidate data in real-time with precision Contribute to ad-hoc recruitment projects

Qualifications:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification At least 1 year of experience in recruiting or 1 year of experience in human resources or 1 year of client consulting experience or a combination of the three 2+ years of experience in recruiting 2+ years of experience in human resources preferred 3+ years of client consulting experience preferred Apply Today to be considered for this Hybrid HR Sourcer job and any other positions with Adecco .

Pay Details:
