Objective:
Deliver feed in a professional manner that meets expectations of our shareholders and producers.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Deliver feed to multiple locations while driving with caution to ensure the safety of yourself as well as the equipment you are using. Ensure the semi is safe for each trip by conducting a pre-trip check Have the ability to unhook trailers and hook up to another safely and efficiently. Operate the equipment on the trailer such as tarps and cranks Washing/ disinfecting trailers entirely after use Perform basic routine maintenance to semi-tractor and trailer Compile with DOT standards for log books and adequate logs for billing purposes
MARGINAL FUNCTIONS
Grind and manufacture complete feed. Assist in loading complete feed trucks and unloading ingredient trucks. Assist in refilling the micro table. Operate forklift moving pallets inside and outside of a warehouse.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Education:
High School education or
GED Experience:
Driving experience preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:
Standing, walking and driving semi Frequent bending, reaching, squatting and kneeling Frequent use of one or both hands/arms to grasp or pull Frequent lifting of objects weighing 3-20 pounds Occasional bending while pulling and/or lifting objects Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Ability to attend and participate in meetings of various lengths
Additional Requirements:
Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation. CDL required
Compensation, Pay & Benefits:
