The Clare is recruiting for a hospitality focused Plant Operations Technician to join our team! Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a
Plant Operations Technician:
Service HVAC units/systems, including operating weekly tests for emergency generator as specified by the manufacturer, and in compliance with established policies and procedures. Perform routine and preventative maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include plumbing, plastering, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, painting, etc., as directed, in accordance with established procedures. Receive and follow maintenance schedule/instructions from your supervisor as outlined in our established maintenance policies and procedures. Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: Technical training in plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC, etc. HVAC Certificate Ability to read, write and speak the English language
