Job Summary:
As a Mobile Engineer, you will be responsible for operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment across multiple locations. We are seeking individuals with technical proficiency in one primary area (Electrical, HVAC, PipingPlumbing, or Central Utility Plant Operations) while being multi-skilled in others.Key Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance and repairs on Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems to ensurepliance with industry standards. Travel between various facilities, ensuring seamless operation of building systems. Take ownership of facility services, preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and general upkeep. Conduct thorough inspections, cleanings, and calibrations of HVAC systems and associated equipment to maintain optimal performance. Record readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper equipment functionality. Ad to safety protocols, ensuring proper storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials in a clean and safe work environment. Oversee tool and instrument inventory, and monitor the quality and cost of outsourced maintenance services. Identify and propose solutions for safety hazards to maintain a secure work environment.Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent. 5-7 years of experience in maintaining and repairingmercial building systems. Strong ability to analyze the operations of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC systems, identify malfunctions, and implement corrective actions. EPA 608 Type II Certification. Proficiency inputer applications, including Word and Excel. Valid driver's license.Preferred Qualifications:
EPA 608 Universal Certification. Two years of trades schooling focused on electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC. Why Join Us?
