Position Overview:

This Internal Systems Developer role is focused on building and maintaining the internal applications, tools, and data workflows that power Summits operations. Youll work closely with internal stakeholders to develop user-friendly solutions, support automation, and optimize integrations with external platforms. Ideal candidates have strong backend or full stack experience and enjoy solving operational challenges through software. Youll be a key contributor in ensuring our internal systems scale effectively as Summit continues to grow through acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance Summits internal operations applications. Build APIs and workflows that support licensing, content operations, customer support, and reporting. Develop and support data integration pipelines with external services and third-party platforms. Create internal dashboards and tools that empower staff and improve efficiency. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to define requirements and deliver solutions.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in a backend, full stack, or internal systems development role. Must be a self-starter who can work independently and prioritize in collaboration with manager. Must have a desire and drive to learn new technologies and grow as a professional. Must have excellent programming, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
