• Roles and responsibilities:
• Strategic CLM Architecture & Design
• + Define and implement
• CLM system architecture, data models, and document repository governance
• . + Design and optimize
• contract workflows, approval hierarchies, and automation rules
• . + Develop
• CLM integration strategies
• with
• CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365), CPQ, ERP, e-Signature, and Billing systems
• . + Lead enterprise-level
• contract governance and risk management strategies

• Implementation & Technical Leadership
• + Oversee the
• customization of contract templates, metadata structures, and automated workflows
• . + Guide development teams in building robust
• APIs and connectors
• for CLM data flow. + Establish and enforce
• best practices for CLM configuration, contract security, and compliance
• . + Evaluate and recommend
• AI-driven contract intelligence, analytics, and automation

• Team Collaboration & Client Engagement

• Qualifications:

• + •7+ years of experience•in •CLM, CPQ, or Q2C implementations•, with •at least 4 years in CLM architecture•.

+ Expertise in

• contract workflow automation, metadata modeling, and document governance
• . + Strong knowledge of
• APIs, integration frameworks, and enterprise systems (CRM, ERP, CPQ, e-Signature)
• . + Proficiency in
• configuration scripting, XML, JSON, REST APIs, and data management
• . + Understanding of
• contract compliance regulations, risk mitigation, and audit processes

•. + Strong leadership, communication, and client engagement skills. +

Preferred:

• CLM platform certifications (e.g., Agiloft, Conga, Icertis, SirionLabs, etc.)
• . Applications will be accepted until June 2, 2025. The annual salary for this position is between $112,500 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
