Realty of America is a fast-growing national real estate brokerage built on modern, cloud-based systems. We're looking for a skilled Accounting Manager to lead our day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping operations. This is a high-impact role with room to grow.

Responsibilities:

Full-cycle bookkeeping: A/P, A/R, bank and credit card reconciliations Payroll processing and 1099 reporting Month-end closing and internal financial statement preparation Track agent commissions, onboarding costs, and related expenses Maintain a clean general ledger and audit-ready documentation Collaborate on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning Implement financial systems and process improvements Coordinate with external tax and accounting partners

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting 2+ years in a supervisory or management role Experience in real estate accounting or commission-based structures preferred Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel Familiarity with Skyslope, Dotloop, or BrokerMint is a plus Self-starter with excellent organization and communication skills Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred (or equivalent experience)
