Currently STORIS has an opening for a Support Technician in our corporate office located in Mount Arlington, New Jersey. The Support Technician will provide effective customer service by resolving basic support issues.
Responsibilities:
Learn the STORIS software ? functional and technical Assist clients with questions ? both functional and technical Advanced recreation of issues for immediate solve of issues or identifying a program change need Implement and support advanced modules such as: Integrated credit card Integrated finance Barcode logistics Learn and support the STORIS next generation software hosted in Azure Utilize Mongo, Datadog, and other newer technologies Communicate with clients to troubleshoot issues logged in the case queue. This includes researching and analyzing functional and/or technical issues reported to the helpline Recreate client issues in learn or in-house accounts to analyze and determine the correct resolution or facilitate escalation of issues
Requirements:
Good communication skills Good research and analytical skills Team-orientated, as well as an ability to work independently. Basic knowledge of working within a database Good problem-solving skills Good organizational skills Ability to understand procedural concepts.
