Position Summary:

The Recruiter/Sourcer recruits, sources and screens talent to support the agency's recruitment efforts. This position manages the full life cycle of the recruiting process for assigned positions. This is a full time contract position for 10 weeks.

Job Responsibilities:

Source candidates for a variety of available positions. Consult with Supervisor of HR and Recruiter/Generalist on candidate profiles. Source candidates through web-based methods, social media, professional meetings, cold callings and other sources. Lead recruitment efforts and recruiting coordination for assigned requisitions. Handle staffing coordination requirements (job postings, screening resumes, interview scheduling, applicant tracking, approval process, etc.). Manage candidates via applicant tracking system (ATS). Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma required 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience preferred 1 year of Nonprofit recruitment experience required Stronganizational and multitasking skills a plus Must provide their own laptop and have suitable high speed internet for remote work.

Schedule:

35 hours per week. Onsite for the first week and then hybrid for the remainder of the assignment - three days onsite, two days remote.

Pay Rate:

$40 - 45/hour
